These terms apply to the ReSono Labs platform demonstration text-message program.
Program description
Invited customers and testers may opt in to receive ReSono Labs demonstration messages showing how automated reminders, notifications, and follow-up workflows can operate. ReSono Labs is the sender. Demonstrations do not enroll you in a customer’s separate messaging program.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the demonstration being tested, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further program messages unless you enroll again. Reply HELP for help or email hello@resonolabs.com.
Eligibility and consent
You must be the authorized user of the mobile number you enroll and able to consent to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Keep your contact information current and notify us if the number changes ownership.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update or discontinue this demonstration program. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
